Can I return my item?

In the event that you change your mind and wish to return an item, we must ask that you contact us and ship the product(s) back to us within 14 days from the time of delivery.

We must also ask that you return your item(s) unopened and sealed in the original packaging, along with the completed returns form.

 

How do I return and item/product?

If you wish to return an item/product, please contact us to request a returns form. You can email at hello@canaxlife.com  and we will arrange for a form to be shipped out to you.

Once this form is completed, please ensure that you use a courier service that offers tracking of your package as we require tracking on all returns packages.

 

How long do I have to request a return?

We must ask that you contact us and ship the product(s) back to us within 14 days from the time of delivery

 

Do I have to pay return shipping cost?

In the unlikely event that you have returned a product that is then inspected and deemed by us to be faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

We do not cover the cost of shipping for any items returned due to a customer having changed their mind (must be shipped within 14 days from time of delivery).

 

How long does it take for my returns request to be processed?

Once you have submitted your returned order to us, please allow for 5 to 10 working days for this process to be completed.

 

The products arrived damaged/ faulty, can I return them?

If you feel that the item you have purchased may be faulty, we will arrange for a return of your order so that it may be submitted for inspection. In the unlikely event that your product is deemed faulty, we will happily refund your item including all postage.
